Rolesville Community Church is made up of people from all walks of life. Our members come from a wide variety of backgrounds and doctrinal persuasions, but we have found oneness in Christ.
Rolesville Community Church started in January, 2005 when a small core of 15 people came together in a living room in North Raleigh and began to pray about what a new church in northern Wake county might look like. With God's direction and the leadership of Pastor Randy Carter, the church began. After meeting in the pastor's home for four weeks, they moved into nearby Durant Middle School in February of that same year where they continued to meet for two years and then to Wake Forest/Rolesville Middle School in Wake Forest, NC. Presently, the church meets in the newly constructed Community Building in Rolesville, NC.
In May 2005 RCC welcomed Steve Le Roux as our pastor.

Our vision is to be the kind of church described in the New Testament book of Acts chapter 2 verses 42-47... "They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone kept feeling a sense of awe; and many wonders and signs were taking place through the apostles. And all those who had believed were together and had all things in common; and they began selling their property and possessions and were sharing them with all, as anyone might have need. Day by day continuing with one mind in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they were taking their meals together with gladness and sincerity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord was adding to their number day by day those who were being saved." (Acts 2:42-47)
We are Rolesville Community Church... An encouraging place where people are accepted just as they are. .. A loving place where people share their resources and support each other in the context of a Biblical community... A powerful place where the teaching is Biblical, practical and relevant and points people toward life change and spiritual growth... An authentic place where worship is genuine and where everyone is gifted to serve in the church in some way... An exciting place to which people can invite their friends who have never been to church in hopes they will understand and accept the free gift of salvation through Jesus Christ and his offer of life to the fullest here and life eternal in the hereafter… A healing place where people bruised by life's hurts can find healing and wholeness... |
